Varsity Girls Volleyball Co-Head Coach

We are seeking a Varsity Girls Volleyball Co-Head Coach for the upcoming volleyball season. This is a stipend-based coaching position. At the conclusion of the 2026 season, the individual serving in this role is expected to transition into the Head Coach position, which remains a coaching stipend position. Prior high school, club, or collegiate coaching experience is preferred.


This coaching position will provide Christ-centered mentorship, leadership, and skill development to student-athletes while fostering a competitive, disciplined, and encouraging team culture. The coach will work closely with the Athletic Director to lead the varsity program with integrity, humility, and excellence in alignment with Kingsway's mission, values, and Statement of Faith.


Responsibilities include leading all varsity practices and games, developing effective training plans, mentoring assistant coaches, and promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and respect. The coach will communicate effectively with players, parents, and school staff while representing the school in a manner that honors Christ on and off the court.


Requirements include: a strong knowledge of volleyball fundamentals, rules, and strategies; the ability to motivate and develop student-athletes; excellent organization and communication skills; and the ability to meet all school and state coaching requirements, including CPR/First Aid certification and background checks. Candidates must demonstrate a positive Christian testimony, be willing to serve within a non-denominational Christian school setting, and affirm and align with Kingsway's Statement of Faith. A valid Ohio Pupil Activity Permit is required; candidates who do not currently hold a permit must be willing to obtain one upon appointment.

Substitute Teacher

We are always seeking qualified, passionate individuals that have a heart for students, learning, and for Christ that can lead a classroom while a teacher is out for the day.


Requirements include: High school diploma; maintain a positive Christian testimony, willingness to work within a non-denominational setting. 


Position includes: Maintaining all aspects of curriculum and student instruction as per lesson plans from lead classroom teacher and must be able to maintain an effective and positive learning environment.
